RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

We do NOT accept any returns. All sales are final and nonrefundable once the order has been shipped. As a very small business, it's very costly for us so we are currently unable to offer an open refund policy.

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at omeletteorder28@gmail.com.

If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, refunds are no longer possible. Thank you for your understanding!

• your first and last name
• order number (found in your confirmation email you received after ordering)
• description of the issue
• photos of the item(s)
